I'm learning PHP and MySQL still, and I'm curious how I'd go about combining these two scripts. The first script is a sign up, and the second is for a questionnaire. Basically, I want the questionnaire to be part of the sign up requirements. I want it to store it in my database the same way it does in the current questionnaire script as well. But I also want it to show up exactly as it shows up IN the questionnaire script inside of the sign up script. Could I somehow do an include... or? I don't know. How are the Suras of the Quran organized. Why is Sura 1 at the beginning and Sura 114 at the end Then answer is that the Suras are organized by length. Sura 1 is at the beginning and it is the longest Sura in the Quran. Each Sura is shorter than the one before it. Sura 114 is the shortest. THIS IS NOT THE ORDER THAT THE QURAN WAS "DICTATED" TO MUHAMMAD. Nobody knew the chronological order so they couldn't put it in chronological order. So many different people had bits and pieces memorized and nobody knew in what order they should go. So they arranged it by length. THERE IS THE PROOF THAT THE QURAN HAS BEEN CORRUPTED. The only way you could convince me that the Quran was the perfect uncorrupted words of Allah is by showing me that is in CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER -- I mean by that--that the Quran is in the SAME ORDER as the verse first spoken to muhammad by Gabriel (Jibril)-- then you could make the case that nothing was added or subtracted from Jibril's message in the cave. Ok, I am not sure how to phrase this, so please bear with me... (Is that the correct use of "bear"?) ------- I want to be able to route certain pages to slightly different pages, as long as the requested page is not "index", using regular expressions. Here is currently how my script will work. Mod_rewrite is on, allow everything to go through my index.php page... 1st, it will check to see if the pattern matches the current uri. If it does, it precedes to replace the current uri (held within a variable), with the slightly different uri... Here is what I mean... I currently am using xtreemhost for webhosting but they don't support php default mail(). So I want to use smtp instead. Hi, I'm really new to the coding/css scene, and I wanted to create a Twitter Badge. (It shows my last 20 or so updates and the style is screwed). For the badge, I want to duplicate the results that the article shows, but instead of showing just 1 tweet, I'd like to have it cycle through my top 5 recent tweets, spending about 1.5 seconds on each message. I have NO IDEA of how to do this, so could somebody please create the code I need? My serer DOES **NOT** have PHP! Only html & Javascript. No WordPress or jQuery either (i hate not having PHP), Sorry... If possible, try to use the updated Twitter API. For example: the URLs: www.site.com/dir1/index www.site.com/dir1/filename2 should be re-written to: www.site.com/index www.site.com/filename2 Is there anything I can do using the .htaccess file that I have? I created a web form mailer in Dreamweaver CS4, and I saved it as webformmailer.php as instructed by my web hosting company. I have a PHP script uploaded to the root folder for my website (see script below). However, it does not succeed in sending mail unless I have MY OWN email address in the "Email" field - where I obviously want the sender's email to go. If I try a different email address, sending fails. I already have my email address listed in the "receiver" field. Yahoo's PHP site says that a path to "Sendmail" (/usr/sbin/sendmail) should be included. I'm not sure where that should go, though, if anywhere at all. To make updating the content on it a lot easier I want to do something like this, though I'm not sure if it is possible: I want to make some sort of database (I have zero knowledge of this) that will have the swf's filename and along with that, a brief description of it and another tag on it with a single name for a reason I will get to in a moment. I want to make a php script that will read the item on the database in order to get the flash file name and description. It will use the name to embed it on a page it generates and a description placed in another section of the page. I then want to use to the one worded tag to be how the php script decides to call on it from the database. For a short time, they were SafeTrust Financial(a couple of weeks or so?), and for some reason that didn't work out. Now they're back with a fancy new website, and some worthless accreditations. If you're unfamiliar with Lifeguard Financial, just do a google search on them, and you'll see a myriad of complaints. As I said earlier, they might call you and boast to you about their "accreditations", which are meaningless. Sorry folks, but not even the BBB is to be trusted. To become an accredited member of the BBB, all you have to do is pay a fee. Don't believe me? TASC is not a government run organization, and the owner of the company has his own debt settlement company, while the President of TASC is also the CEO of Debt Settlement America, a company which was subpoenaed by the Attorney General Of New York. Do you really expect these guys to hold one of their own accountable? Besides, to become an "accredited" member of TASC, all you have to is pay a fee. Lifeguard Financial is now the National Debt Relief Group. Their new headquarters are at 2502 86 Street, Brooklyn NY 11214. There are also additional offices located at 714 3rd Ave, Brooklyn NY, and 263 52 Street, Brooklyn NY. The new website is www.nationalrelief.com They've set up shop not too long ago, and unopened boxes can still be seen at the 86 St location, which was formerly a Sprint office. I was an employee there until I found that these guys were crooks. Sensitive information was seen lying around the office, such as credit reports. The office located at 263 52 Street Brooklyn, NY is in a shady, run-down building in a desolate area of Brooklyn. The office at 714 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232 isn't much better. The scripts were given out in the office had a name crossed out, and later i found out why. It used to say Lifeguard Financial! How did I know? These guys actually left some Lifeguard Financial manuals lying around the office, and it was from there that I compared the two scripts. That is what also lead me to investigating the company. From there, I found a myriad of complaints about Lifeguard, and people asking, "where did they go?" Well, the answer is clear now, folks. These vampires have moved, and when the heat turns up in a few months, the process will just repeat itself. The debt settlement industry is very dirty. There is no regulation whatsoever. You have people who are unlicensed giving out financial advice. I've even heard that there are minors working for them at one of their offices, however I cannot prove the validity of that allegation. But what I do know is that you can all of this on your own. When we were trained, one of the rebuttals was that if someone asks why they should use NDRG instead of doing it themselves, was that the creditors won't work with individuals, or that because NDRG brings the creditors so much business, that they'll give the NDRG the best rates. This is a lie! I've spoken with many people who told me they saved 40-50% by working directly with the creditors. All you would have to do is use the same methods the same debt settlement companies use, which is falling behind your payments and telling your creditors that you're undergoing severe financial hardship. This works best once the account goes into collections, which is between 120 and 180(or 210) days. So many people have defaulted on their cards, and these guys are worried, and will gladly take something instead of nothing, with the something being anywhere from 30-60%. There are also several websites out there with information that can you assist you on how to settle your debts on your own. There will probably be a few people who will come here and say that the two companies are not the same, but do a google maps search RIGHT NOW.As of December 9, 2009, when you do a Google Maps search of 263 52nd Street, Brooklyn NY, and you will see that it STILL says lifeguard financial under businesses listed. The same goes for 714 3rd Ave, Brooklyn NY. These guys are also affiliated with a law firm, FBL Associates, located in Fort Lauderdale. I don't know how long their partnership has been, but I've heard that they're taking care of all matters related to Lifeguard Financial. How long will this be tolerated? When will someone take action? The entire debt settlement industry is unregulated, which allows scumbags like these to run wild. more

I am a beginner in web development and i have been learning from w3schools.com i have primarily been learning HTML, Java Script, SQL, and PHP. Today i was tasked with finding out a way to solve the fallowing problem.
