i watched a series of past life regression videos on You Tube (just for my personal entertainment and curiosity) and i was amazed to have found that it actually worked. After following the instructions on the video, I was able to find out who I was in my past life. What is your horoscope? I am a Cancer. I was a young woman in 1932, with light brown hair. i was wearing knee socks, long shorts, and a blazer. It looked like a golfing outfit, and I was leaning on a bag of golf clubs against a small boutique in what i believe was N.Y.C. The roads were made of cobblestone, and people were riding in carriages being pulled by horses. It was a remarkable experience, like no other! I know SOMEONE will probably put an answer on here saying this is nonsense, but dont waste your time being rude because I KNOW what i felt and saw, and dont assume or judge until you have looked at the videos and tried it for yourself!The date (1932) may as well be wrong, but I do know it was in the 20's or 30'sAnd lets not be stupid here, im being serious...Will someone PLEASE not be childish and post a real answer to my question, or anyone with experience. Im sick of reading silly answers by stupid peopleoh yeah and the woman in my "vision" died in her bed of either an illness or poisoning. And im confused on the dates!!! Resolved Question: Had a terrible nightmare, your thoughts?

OK, so I will try to make this as short as possible. I had a terrible nightmare, which I haven't had one in a few years so it seems out of place to me. OK, so in my dream I went down this secret doorway and had to sneak in behind a man who entered a password. Once I was in I hid behind a few crates. It looked to me like a warehouse. I could hear screaming, and began to wonder why I was even in there. But also strange, I was aware that I was in a dream, which I know is called Lucid dreaming. I could somewhat control my actions. So I went through the plastic screens and to my shock and horror there was an audience watching this woman being tortured! When I looked at the crowd I saw one man in particular, he was laughing and cringing like he was watching a scary movie and was having fun. I felt sick! I couldn't bare to even watch, it looked so real. I felt my stomach turn, so I went through some more plastic screens. No one seemed to take notice to me. When I looked down, I was a boy. (I am a girl) So I guess thats why they didn't really notice. I could see the womans shadow cast on the wall behind the plastic and remember vividly hearing her say, "You cut my f****** nipple off didn't you!? Put it back!" I almost started crying, when I turned around and covered my ears I saw a woman tied up to another bed naked. And I felt like I knew her, even tho, I didn't. These two men came in and began doing things to her. I felt helpless because I couldn't do anything. Then I saw one man, who I can remember EVERY single detail about. What he looked like, what he wore, etc. He took a knife out and began stabbing her. I knew I had to get her out before she died. So when I had the opportunity (as in when they were done) I covered her in a blanket and we tried to escape. I woke up after that. Please don't think this is fake. I tried looking up the meaning, but all I got was how it was a reflection of myself but I don't know. I have recently started looking into past life regressions, and then I have this nightmare. DO NOT come on here and tell me that its a sign from god and he hates me. Or anything else stupid. I don't bash your religion don't bash mine. I am looking for honest answers. k. I've been trying past life regression, and I saw something twice. The first time, I saw grey first, and I realized after I expanded it that it was grey sky, with a thunderstorm. After a few more seconds, I realized that there was a girl leaning on a window seal and looking out, and you could feel the thunder rolling through the house, and I could feel her pgysical feelings, like the rough wood of the seal, but only in her hands. I couldnt feel the corset that she was wearing, or the dress or her shoes or anything. just her hands. and it was like I was looking down at her, but i could feel the things she touched. there were no lights there, either. she turned around and walked out of her room, and I thought she would go left, but she ended up turning right, and going down the hallway to a short flight of stairs with a door at the end. she went up them, and opened the door, and it was an attic, with a whole bund of stuff. but it was really confusing and i could only tell that there were a few things, like one window right in front of the door, and she turned right and opened a heavy wooden chest. she had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way (by this pont, i couldnt really feel her hands anymore) But i couldt tell what it was, and then she picked up a journal. she walked back to her room, and I dont remember her getting any writing utensils, but she started writing, and I dont remember getting ink or anything. but she wrote "It is cold here. I wish I could start a fire, but Margarie says that it will make the chimeny dirty, and we will have to pay someone to clean it." and then I stopped seeing anyting. Anc the writing was more in my head. I could see her hand moving on the paper, but I couldnt make out her handwriting or anything. and then the vision stopped coming. so just wondering, does this sound like I succeeded in past life regression, or like it was my imagination? This is the tool The value of giving Putting something or some service into society is one of the most transforming tools with which we all benefit . The value of it is much higher than we can possibly know and it should be included as part of everyone’s health program. The giver may ask how will helping others help my health and me! That is a very good question, which is very worthy of a serious amount of thought. This touches on the concept which is called karma . For if one truly wants to live with the great allies of Health, wealth, happiness, Love and all those effects which one values one should really understand this concept. It is the only thing, which explains the apparent randomness of the effects, which come upon people. Effects are all aspects of health, Wealth, Richness, [note these two are separate] Happiness etc.What is karma? Put simply it is the law of cause and effect. Or put as another way as you sow so shall you reap, or what goes around comes around. What do we mean by sowing? Simply every action or deed you do causes an effect and every thought causes an effect. So if you have sown good deeds as in helping others, being of service, giving love and Kindness for lengthy periods of time you can expect to reap those seeds. Alternatively if we have sown other deeds and thoughts of a hurtful nature we can expect problems of one nature or another to beset us. Edgar Cayce frequently mentioned in treating disease that we were working against karma and frequently told people that they would get well faster by helping others. Ah you may say why is it that babies are sometimes born with so many impediments; they have not sown wrongful acts.Yes they have not in this lifetime but what about their previous lives as in reincarnation. Resolved Question: toddler regression advice?

Has anyone experienced regression with their toddler? My daughter is almost 4 (3 more weeks!), and for about 5-6 months now, she's been regressing back to her early toddler days. Sometimes it's just a matter of saying she wants to be a baby again, and that she misses her crib and changing table. But mostly, it's her behaviors that I thought were behind us. She needs naps again, after having 5-6 months with no naps, she's having huge temper tantrums when she doesn't get her way, she's starting some destructive behavior again (coloring on furniture, pulling wall paper, ripping books), and she is having a very hard time listening to even the rules that she usually has no trouble with (like no splashing in the tub, no jumping on the bed, etc). I know most of that sounds like normal little kid stuff, and she did do all of this in the past, but she had moved on to an older set of negative behaviors, like taking stuff out of the fridge without asking, and generally thinking she's an adult. Now, all of a sudden, she's back to this stuff that she hasn't done in months. Has anyone else gone through this? How do I punish her for things like writing her name all over the furniture (yea! She wrote her name, but ugh, on the furniture), and ripping up the board to her favorite game. I want to take away all her toys, and see how she likes having nothing, but I don't think that'll accomplish anything in the long run. Help! ps there is nothing changing in our lives, and there is no one new in the picture, mom and dad don't fight, she isn't starting school, we're not moving, etc.actually, my s-i-l and my cousin both had babies last fall, and we started seeing them more often around Jan-Feb. So I wonder if seeing the little babies and all the attention they get makes her jealous, even though it's not me that had the baby? I don't know. Attn: If you do not believe in the powers of meditation or reincarnation, please do not express your views here as they do not pertain to my question. After long hours of searching for a meditation guide that I thought suited me, I have not used it. The video is a half an hour audio guide for past life regression. I started using it one time, but was not in the appropriate environment for it so I stopped. (I know this wasn't a good idea, but it happened) I had just finished smoking ganja, and so in a contemplative mood I tried some free hand meditation and had a very bad experience. (Heard banging, yelling, hooting). This happened some months ago, and since I have not been able to bring myself to start meditation. It has scared me, and I just feel like it requires too much concentration. I am so interested in my past lives, I believe I have strong indications of what some may be, but like said; I am not able to do it because of the past experience I had and my lack of concentration. Look, I need to know the reality. Not by meeting girl you would meet your soulmate. But how ??? I have been attracted to 2 girls in my lifetime..they liked me for bit then bbyeee...I mean no relationship nothing. I am a good looking guy. But I seek the truth. I wanna know the truth. Dear Jen, Being your friend I really cannot see you hurting because of your past. I just have this thought that you are still moaning over your current situation- and this would ruin your life. Yes I know it is hard to overcome Jennifer, but is it impossible ? NO. I really want to help you Jennifer. Are there any podcasts or anything on iTunes that can let me go into hypnosis and see my past lives? I'm interested (you should know if you read my other questions!) I saw this one advertisement somewhere on the internet about free past life therapy.. and it interested me. But being broke, I can't pay for shipping and handling. (>.>) I was curious if they had anything like this on iTunes. I found a few podcasts explaining what Past Life Regression was, but nothing that put me under. Any thoughts?But.. Voting Question: Can't bring my little one home.. I feel so guilty..?

This is a bit long, but please read. I'm a mom of 2 grown kids, and I have one daughter who found me. I've known her since she was 9 (she is 17 now). She sort of clung to me shortly after I met her and she started calling me mommy. A little while later I found out she was being sexually abused by her parents. Since then, she has been bounced around in foster homes for the past 7yrs. My husband and I tried to gain custody of her, but then we had to move out of state to take care of my mom (I'm an only child). We weren't allowed to take her out of state so the process was halted, then she was hospitalized for her anorexia and depression (she also has Asperger's and server regression) which made the process even more complicated. 7yrs later we are still having the same problems. I promised her that I would take her home when she was 18. It's getting close to that time and my life has just spun out of control. My husband hurt his back on his job and can't work anymore (I don't work and can't seem to find a job). Money has been tight and I can't afford for her to come live with us. I want to give her a stable home, something she has waited for for so long, but I don't think I can. I told her this a few weeks ago, and she can't wrap her mind around the idea of not being with us soon. Every night she cries and says, 'mommy why won't you come and get me.' I just feel so horrible, like I really let her down. I want to bring her home but I know love alone isn't enough to raise her and get her healthy again. I don't know what to do or who to reach out to. Any ideas? Or supportive words? Side note: She isn't mentally stable enough or even healthy enough physically to get a job. She has a hard time going outside (anxiety problems) and her eating disorder has really taken a toll on her body. more

i read about past lifee regression. And for past life regression I did self-hypnotism. Though I don't think it worked, but I had 2 flashbacks. The first flashback was someone that looked similar to me, but had darker skin. It was during the slavetrade days, and I was beside a bon-fire with friends and we were singing a song about freedom. I felt happy that we were free and that nothing could get us. And the 2nd flashback was of someone that did look similar to me too, but had lighter skin. It took place in egypt, and a piece of gold jewellery was wrapped around my head like a crown. It was a golden piece of jewellery, and it was a snake. And I was wearing a dress that egyptian princess' would wear. I was looking out a window at something, and a boy behind me said "We will have to do it soon.", and I said "Just give them more time.". And those were my flashbacks. And I noticed after that flashback that I do have something for snakes. A while back I bought a bracelet that looked like a snake wrapped around my arm. As well as I have a ring that looks like a snake wrapped around my finger. Could these have been my past lives? more

So, to start do you want to have an induction technique that works good for you (eye fixation, etc.) and then move onto a deepening technique, (Descending staircase technique, etc)?
