My main hitters are Crobat Prime ( looking for another Golbat and Zubat), Roserade and Xatu. And my others can attack but are mainly for support. Mismagius can sit on the bench and when I'm in trouble, it could revive me with its one energy cost which can be transferred with his poke power. Hypno and Cherrim will most likely sit on the bench and use their poke powers for support and Carnivine is a good card to get energies with. My trainer cards are mostly to get big hitters out and heal them throughout the match (5 healing cards). I also got Gust of Wind to get easy kills on a tiny guy or bring out someone with a big retreat cost and Expert Belt for a 1 prize card left comeback. Give me a rating out of 10 and what cards I should aim for (want a rare candy) or take out. Thanks. more

So right now im 19 and i was diagnosed with adhd when i was small but i was very very smart and absoloutley in love with life. i was put on medication from the time i was about 7 years old, ritalin, welbutrin, risperdal, tenex, abilify, pristiq, cymbalta and that's to name a few. i was put on them by the perceptions of others and not based on exactly how i was feeling until i reached high school when i felt like i was depressed. i always felt like my parents were keeping me away from all the other kids when i was smaller due to my hyperactivity so once i reached high school i felt as if i needed to just leave the parental nest and do my own thing and that's when i started smoking marijuana because i would tell people about how i felt and they said weed would do it for me and i listened although unaware of the potential side effects, and sure enough for a while it did the job of alleviating my stress. i did it about 3 times between freshman & sophomore year, then once junior year hit i changed to another school and i started doing it about a couple times a month and stopped my medications. then once senior year hit i was doing it every day. the daily use lasted for about 10 months and i felt like i was fine. then about 4 months ago when i was at work i felt this overwhelming sensation of emotional distress and felt like i wasn't even in the right state of mind to drive myself home. ever since then ive felt in a fog like state, which i have researched and seems like some sort of depersonalization. my memory, grammar, train of thought, motivation, enjoyment of life, and sex drive has all taken a deep dive in the past 4 months. i have felt a complete lack of emotion except for sadness and worry. everything that used to be enjoyable just seems like its nothing anymore. i have stopped smoking after i first felt this way but it hasn't really gone away. im going through a bad depression due to all of these symptoms and im just really worried that i wont be able to get my life back on track like it used to be and im afraid that the prescription medications that i was put on since i was small might also have some sort of permanent effect on the way my brain developed. i only have 1 life to live and i really just want some kind of help to get back to normal. the motivation to get help is there but it seems like the motivation of living everyday life has decreased significantly. ive read a lot of the q's & a's on yahoo answers relating to this topic and im just real worried that this might not ever go away. the main reason why i smoked was to try and mask the emotional pains of my upbringing and my parents divorce. basically im just wondering if there is any sort of way to help the brain to reset itself in anyway or if some sort of vitamins will help restore the brains connections to where they used to be or if some kind of hypno therapy or electro shock therapy will help me get out of this fog or just about anything. ive already tried acupuncture, ive seen a psychiatrist and a counselor and they all say its depression, but when i was diagnosed with depression in the past i was a complete 180 emotionally compared to what i feel like now. ive had an mri and everything was fine. im researching to see if an fmri or a spect scan will see if there are any potential damage that the normal mri missed. i would be willing to try anything at this point because im just in a real big bind because of all this and its made my motivation to live really difficult. im hesitant to take medications because of their side effects. even when i wasnt smoking marijuana i felt a slight overall decrease in happiness over the years. im not sure if thats medication related or if its just because i was getting over the inital happiness of being alive or if it was because of my parent's gradual marriage collapse...idk. any help in the positive direction would be greatly appreciated because this was an absolute life changing event for me and its not like i had been smoking consistently for years so im just really afraid at this point. i just want to be cured because this feeling is extremely hard to deal with and i feel like im just living day to day and the view of my future has been mostly diminished due to all of this. any help or positive reinforcement would be greatly appreciated. thank you. more

I have: Level 100 Zapdos: Thundershock Thunder Fly Drill Peck Level 100 Zapdos: Thundershock Thunder Fly Drill Peck Level 100 Mew: Thunder Blizzard Hyper Beam Fire Blast Level 100 Charizard: Flamethrower Firespin Earthquake Slash Level 100 Articuno: Ice Beam Blizzard Peck Mist Now, I like those pokemon that I have already and will not change them, the attacks sure.. so if you have any ideas to change their moves, please tell me (I am looking to switch out mist for Articuno). Now I need an idea for a sixth, I can duplicate one of them, or I can choose another.... The level or the skill required to evolve does not matter, at this time I am looking at: Golem, Alakazm, Snorlax, Raticate, Marowak, Dragonite, Gyarados, Dugtrio, or Hypno. Okay, first off I know (usually) electric pokemon are better than grass, but I enjoy using grass more so please don't mention my grass/poison pokemon, secondly I don't have an ability to trade so I can't get really cool Pokemon like Steelix, Gengar, etc., and LASTLY... I don't plan on fighting other players over the Wi-Fi stuff, (to be honest I don't know how) I enjoy just doing the main storyline more. Resolved Question: PKMN SoulSilver: Lv. 35 Latios?

Now, I'm wanting to catch Latios. I have my Umbreon that knows Mean Look, but the problem is it's at Level 57. So, any moves I get it to make, it KOs Latios in a hit. I'm sure I could catch it, but my Hypno is my only pokemon that knows Hypnosis, so i can't put it to sleep. i know an ultra ball would work if i could lower its HP, but if i switch out Umbreon with another(usually Hypno), it runs. Help? more

Blastoise- Hydro Pump Aqua Tail Earthquake Crunch Magmortar- Heat Wave Fire Blast Focus Blast Thunderbolt Dragonite- Outrage Fire Blast Thunder Dragon Rush Bastiodon- Ancient Power Earth Power Iron Head Thunderbolt Cacturne- Sucker Punch Energy Ball Giga Impact Poison Jab Hypno- Hypnosis Dream Eater Psychic Focus Blast Tried to incorporate different strengths of certain pokemon and cover all the bases of types. I know im missing a few types but i think it has decent coverage. I also know that a few of their stats are not as epic as some, but i tried to shy away from all the tough pokemon that most people go for. (e.g. caturne & bastiodon) p.s. I chose bastiodon because his Defense and Special Defense are amazing. I thought it'd be nice to have a tank on the team. And please, all those noobs who use nothing but legendaries on their teams i ask you dont rate because obviously these pokemon wont be as strong as legends...so for REAL trainers everywhere...stfu. =] thanks!Advice about Blastoise was taken and i decided to teach it blizzard in place of crunch. And about the Hypno comment, i respect that switching the hypnosis-dream eater combo would be powerful, i actually am going to keep it because i gave hypno a big root which increases the power of an energy taking move. Also he is able to take on pretty much anyone other than ghosts with that move even when they are 10-30 lvls higher, because of it. So i think i would prefer to keep the combo, thnx for the suggestion though. =]On switching Bastiodon for Metagross: I respect that, its a decent switch that has some good benefits, but in all honesty i dont think Metagross can be called a tank. his Sp. Def is just decent, not extrodinarily high. While i definitely would get more power from Metagross, im more interested in having a pokemon with his defense stats. Nonetheless your advice was great, its just a personal choice. Plus i trained a Metagross before on a team, so i kinda dont wanna use one again. Trying to branch out from the usuals. =] thanks though, your input is well recieved. more
