Open Question: I know lots do this. But how is my Manga Idea.?

The story may seem kind of dark. But I want to have a nice mix of dark and comedy elements. I have alot of characters done but this is just the basic story. I can't draw well, so I'm still searching for an artist. And the story needs alot of polishing, but I really feel that I have something. Some things may seem jumbled but as I said this is more or less a rough draft Idea. These are some key things that need to be known before reading. Lighcasting 101: Lightcasters are basically people with superhuman powers. Lightcasters Can have a wide Range of different abilities and techniques. Most lightcasters use there abilities for personal gain. Most of the public knows nothing of the lightcasters existence. Lightcasters have super powers but that does not make them superhuman. Meaning just because you are a nerd and can shoot laser beams, Hulk Hogan can still beat you physically with extreme ease. Lightcasters have to train to be powerful just like regular people. The Alliance: (This is a very brief and limited description of the Alliance because I don't want to give too much.) The Alliance are the 4 most powerful people in the world by every measure. Their rule is absolute. Each Member Hails from a different corner of the world. North, West, South, and East. They are all lightcasters as well. No one knows their actual identities. (Side Note:Cleo flare will eventually have to assassinate one of these men.) Story: A heart of light is something that is very rare. So rare that only 1 person out of 800,000 is born with one. Someone with a heart of light has amazing abilites. Abilities that any covert Intelligence agency would love to get there hands on. Watson Locke Holmes more commonly known as "Locke" was born with one of these powerful hearts. He was also born into a family of spies. His Father Ron Holmes knew that with his heart he would be hunted down mercilessly by Master Spies, Covert Agents and military's all across the world. So even though he did not want his youngest son or his other two children to have to live the life of a spy. He trained them just incase. Teaching them how to master many skills,as well advanced martial arts, and assasination techniques. Much to Ron's surprise his children excelled at everything he taught them and at a young age were extremely powerful. On the other side of the Spectrum an extremely wanted criminal and lightcaster Cleo flare gave birth to a son of his own named Lion. Lion was born a Lightcaster just like his father. Lion was also born with an extremely high IQ and by time the time he turned 6 was receiving comparisons to Einstein. The child's powers were maturing at an alarming rate and they were catastrophic. Lion had become a global crisis over night. Cleo flare with no other option handed his 7 year old son to the governmont to be executed basically for nothing. Although no matter how hard the governmont tried they could not kill him, and they were losing too many casualties trying. So they put him to sleep in a frozen stasis, to be in acoma until he died. 9 years past and cleo flare has lived in pain knowing what he did to his son. He also knew the only way he could reping was to save his son from the coma that was placed upon him. The only problem was, the only people who could give his son pardon was the Alliance. He was a well known gangster and understood there was no way he could gain an audience with the Alliance unless he himself became a member. So he put on a facade and slowly got the people to change their vison of him. He was moving up the governmont ladder and was slowly becoming a very important person by using corrupt practices. But a covert Governmont Agent none other than Ron Holmes had been investigating Cleo flare for years and finally had enough evidence to take him down. Needless to say a battle ensued Leaving both men damaged. Ron Holmes fought hard but ultimately lost the fight, he escaped barely with his life. But by all of his family members he is thought to be dead. Locke and his siblings Rick(brother) and Shimi (sister) were all seperated with different members of family. Rick became a criminal, a very successful one at that. Shimi became a High Ranking soldier in the Military. Locke with no other family joined the ELiTE Intelligence agency due to a promise that they would help him both find and take down Cleo Flare. But with other agencies trying to use him for his powers, the governmont, and enemies around ever corner his plate is full. Though Cleo is still moving up he has a long way before he can become an Alliance member but will spill as much blood as it takes to get there. Ron Homles is still alive waiting in the shadows for another chance. He knows that to the public Cleo flare is a loved man. Hi everyone! I'm making my first trip to Hawaii for the second half of April and I'm hitting the big island (traveling alone). I've made a list of things I want to see and do and I'm looking for recommendations for where to stay. At this point my best idea is spending the first week in Kailua-Kona (since that's where I'm flying into) and the second week in Hilo. I'm trying to keep the trip as cheap as possible and so far from internet searching the places that seem best are "Patey's Place" in Kona, and "Hilo Backpackers Hostel" in Hilo. I'm looking for any insight or experience from people willing to share. Additionally, do I need a rental car? If so, for the entire time I'm there? Is it expensive to get around otherwise? I am extremely interested in getting both a Shiba Inu and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, so I have decided that the very best thing to do was to search for a breeder that was topnotch well in advance to me actually getting my puppies. I am very knowledgeable about pet care in general. I plan to feed a raw meaty bone based diet to my dogs from day one. I will titer test to determine when I need to vaccinate my pets and will be very insistent on getting a holistic veterinarian who understands this. I will not vaccinate against anything without proven need. I am very insistent on socializing my dogs much more than what most people recommend. My dream is to be a professional dog trainer so you can bet that I'm also insistent on thorough, consistent training based in positive reinforcement. So now that you see I am definately very committed to responsible ownership I feel comfortable politely asking you if you can evaluate the following breeder. I feel like I am just not thorough enough to do this all by myself. Even if I have a reputable breeder's checklist in front of me! Resolved Question: iPhone 3gs has taken over 48 hours for activation.?

I charged my iPhone 3gs for 8 hours out of the box, plugged it into computer to register it with iTunes, recovered it from a previous back up I had of my old iPhone 3g and now it says wait for activation, this may take some time. I've searched on google and what not an people said it took upto 48 hours. I'm posting this onthe 48th hour and still no service. I know there were problems when the 3gs was first released but I only got mine like, 3 days ago! Voting Question: Default judgment against right name...wrong guy!?

I live in California and was contacted at work in 2006 by an "investigator" that was looking for someone with my same first & last name. It seems my father (he has the same name as me) defaulted on money owed through his business and they were suing him. After explaining that I was not the person they were looking for (this took many conversations before they finally believed me) and that unfortunately I was estranged from my father and could not even help them locate him, they finally quit calling. Now in 2010 I am out looking for a job and this default judgment shows up on my record during a background check! I immediately contacted the company that had sued "me" and told them I would really like this off my record since they had sued the wrong person. They finally offerred to write me a letter saying that this was not me and that it was a mistake. That's awesome except the judgment will still stay on my record. Unfortunately many employers in Southern California where I live use the local court website to access peoples records for free instead of having to pay for a "real" background search. Frankly the problem is thus far if you pull up my information enough stuff shows up that I don't need things there that aren't legit. I still have a child support failure to pay on my record because the genius people that run this state assumed since I was not married and I had a child with my girlfriend (she is now my wife of 15 years) that I must not be financially supporting them. They filed an unpaid child support on me for $16,000.00 (they finally "caught me" years after my kid was born and I was living in another state) and froze my bank account and it stayed that way until my wife explained to them that she and the child had been living with me and supported by me the entire time since the baby was born! They stopped messing with my bank account but still the stupid filing against me (even thought it shows there is not an issue anymore) still makes me look like crap to a potential employer. Now I am possibly going to have another mistake on my record that will call into question my ability to pay bills and my integrity?! If you pull up my court information the following shows up: DIVORCE (from the early 90's) DUI (from2001) CHILD SUPPORT (mistake!) THIS DEFAULT TO PAY (mistake!) I mean it's one thing to pull up someones past and see a divorce from when they were a stupid 19 year old kid thinking he was old enough to get married and a DUI (heck I don't know many men over 25 in Orange County that don't have a DUI)...but to have 3 "red flags" show up instead of just one?! That makes a HUGE first impression and frankly I wonder how many employers have not even bothered to call me because of it. Is there any way to get this new one removed from my file? I have never even tried or discussed removing the child support failure to pay as I assume since it's the state it will be near impossible to do. It's disgusting that they ended up on my record in the first place. The lawyer for the company that sued my father is sounding like if they pull it from my record they have to drop the money owed? I am kind of trying to read between the lines since he did not actually say that, however I kind of was picking up that if they drop it from my record all the way then they are admitting they made a mistake by getting me involved and it's kind of admitting they made a mistake? Heck maybe they just don't want to cough up more money to sue my father again? I am definitely no lawyer...however I hope I can get some input on this. Thanks alot in advance! more

Well by the begginings of last year (2009) I realized I needed to do something else apart from school. Why? Cause I realized school gave me nothing, i had no friends, and plus i wanted to do something that i feel passionate about. So, I decided to go to an english institute (as i love learning english) to see how it went,, then i realized it didnt make sense,, cause i already knew everything they were teaching, plus i couldnt find any people,, to sum up, i thought it wasnt necessary. After going for more than 3 classes, I realized it didnt make sense, so i cancelled it and gave up going there. So until the end of 2009 i didnt join anything,, i thought it was time to really stand up and do something else,, so, as i love reading books, i decided to search on the Internet groups of people who do literature (writing, reading, etc.) i gave it a try last december and wasn't too much convinced about it,, it just felt like the teacher wasn't serious about it, and it wasn't what i expected,,, so i felt kinda with doubt.. i gave it another try today to the same place,, and felt same thing (even worse,,the teacher was completely lost) By the way, I had to pay everything i joined, nothing was for free. And those places are far away from home,, so I had to travel a lot via subway. . so i thought again,, is it really worth paying and travelling in subway to do those things? i know its not terrible to do it, but I just dont find it necessary,,, So i was thinking,, what's wrong with me? nothing calls my attention, i really wish i could do something apart from school, but on the other hand i can't seem to find it...so this pisses me off.. what's going to be my future all about? =/ What do you think? Voting Question: What kind of animal should I get?

I love animals and am seriously considering getting a pet for myself. My partner has a very affectionate cat and he think it would be good if I got a pet of my own as well, which I would love to have. I do have a lot of patience for animals, and time is not an issue for me either. I would like a furry animal that's not too independent. We actually might consider getting a pet skunk, we know several people who have done so (mind getting the stinker removed =p), and have done the research and apparently make great and very affectionate animals (with the downside being that they're very curious and require much, much attention - but am willing to do so)..but i'd like to search other options. I mean, sure dogs and cats are fun and all, mind that dogs I do prefer due to loyalty, or very affectionate cats..but it all seems a bit unoriginal in my opinion. Resolved Question: What is going on with my pc?

Okay so first off I really, really don't want to read a single post by anyone who thinks their computer knowledge is less than advanced. Because my problem may sound really easy and simple but in fact it is not and i don't need technologically uneducated people telling me things I definitely already know. Anyway now that that's out of the way, basically I was in game in counter strike source and then while the map was loading I minimized the game to watch a quick you tube video. Near the end of the video I begin to hear the song "Memories" by david guetta. So I think nothing of it, until I reach the end of the video and the song continues to play. Now I close my browser and all I have open now is steam (for counter strike) and u torrent THAT'S IT. and yes i know people can play music in game in cs:source but no one is using their mic and apparently I'm the only one hearing the music. I disconnect from the game and check task manager...NOTHING. Like I mean nothing that would be playing music. Then when I start searching for a possible cause online the song ends (at the end of the song) and that was it. Alright so I'll be quick about this...I'm 14 (soon turning 15) and I was wondering while I was reading up on something which said 'the one who is different is (something, can't remember the real word), others fit well with each other' and I checked my life a little. I am, even though I'm 14, pretty calm and quiet, thinking person, not hyper-active like most of my friends, or pessimistic as some people I know. My friends go to clubs and drink/smoke/chase girls etc. I don't do that because, not that I think I'm too young for that (and there is some truth in that, I'm pretty old-schooled), but it's because those things don't interest me. I rather stay home and read a book, then go in the club and pay to drink and smoke. I don't chase girls, because I don't want one-week girl, which I will be bragging about like my stereotypical friends. I like to wait for one that fits with me well. So that's the question: Is it wrong that I am so much different from now already standard 'clique' of teenagers? I mean, it's not like I'm depressed or something, I love life, but I am different from this stereotypes of todays kids. Another example; Once, while I went on a trip with my class, we had some time on our own, and all of my friends went searching for some drinks, to get them somehow. While I slipped away from them and went to the coast, just to lay and watch the sky and cloud and peacefully relax. (I really like clouds, wind and sky :P) Thanks in advance for your answers. Ok, so I'm hoping here that some of the tech-savvy people out there can help with this one, because god knows I've tried as hard as I can Recently, I download this stupid piece of software (I can't even remember the name of it anymore) and while I was installing it, I changed the default search engine for Firefox. Now, when I say the default search engine, I mean when you type something into the address bar and a search comes up matching the words from Google. After installing this software, It's been changed to some "Freecause" crap, and it bugs the hell outta me because it never turns up anything useful, whereas I can count on google to give me a decent result. So basicly, Does anyone know how to change the search engine that's used when you type something into the address bar in Firefox? I'd use the search bar at the side, but I'm used to using to address bar.. they were too young, immature and self centered to make a real go at it and ended up divorced but had a daughter together. it was a bitter divorce and in an argument he threatened to sue for custody. she made up a bunch of lies to the police had his arrested and make sure he couldn't have visitation let alone custody. 4 years ago he met and married me. then last year he was searching on face book and got in contact with the ex again. He got to talk to his daughter on the phone, started sending Christmas presents. That's all good and well, I'm happy for him. But him and his ex have started chitter chattering on the phone, text messaging for hours, instant messaging on line, and emailing. He knows it bothers me. I have told him over and over again the only correspondence he should have with her is about their mutual child together. especially because she is unmarried without even a boyfriend. it is easy to fall in love again when two people who have been married before start talking with this level of intimacy. Her father has been sick, almost died, she kept calling him for the should to cry on. Her brother just died a few weeks ago and again, was on the phone with him for hours. Then it hit. she told him she misses him. her mother got on the phone and told him he is still considered her son. my mind is going freaking wild. He knows how I feel. but he doesn't seem to think he's doing anything wrong so he don't care he's going to continue "being her friend" meanwhile she's forming an attachment. his pastor has told him he's treading on dangerous ground and so has his best friend. His best friend even told him it doesn't matter if their is nothing wrong with it if it bothers your spouse this much then he needs to put his current wife's feelings first and its wrong based on that merit alone. So my questions on the situation...hard to pick just one...am I overreacting? is this marriage worth trying to save or should I just take my cats and leave? CAN it even be saved or is he headed toward being reunited with her? he says he's not but he does nothing to discourage her advances. more

Resolved Question: Spyware/Virus: Random Audio playing on my computer in background. How do I stop it?

I have had this problem for some time. I have searched and searched for an answer and nothing seems to work. Many people have had this problem and were told to use various programs such as Malwarebytes, Ad-Aware etc. I have tried almost all of these and it still doesn't help. I have noticed a few things on my own about this. 1- When you start searching for information on how to fix it, the audio stops playing most of the time. 2- Under the task manager you will notice Internet Explorer running and using a massive amount of memory. If you end process on it, the music stops so that at least tells me it is using IE to run. PC Information: Windows XP Pro SP3 Has IE7 installed, but I use Google Chrome for browsing. I have been considering uninstalling IE, however I will need something other than Chrome because I do run into things that are not compatible with Chrome. Thank you in advance for any help. more

So one day, i was a little curious and i searched "gay porn" on my computer. Didnt like it btw. Next day i lent my computer to my friend, he saw it, told every1, showed a lot of people. Hi, Sorry in advance that this is really long but I need help breaking this down I will try to be as detailed as possible!: So last night I had this weird dream where I was on an airplane. I forgot where I was coming from but I was heading back to New York City. I was on the plane with a lot of young people (i'm 21) all between the ages of like 19-21. there were some younger ones that were like 14, 15 but appeared to be siblings of the older ones. Mostly everyone aboard this flight was female. ( i know its very weird) I can honestly admit that when it came to this flight I was aware of everyone on it but I did not see direct faces. (they were like blurred) So the plane takes off and from out the window everyone is admiring the beautiful view as it goes up and away: crystal water, white sands, palm trees...etc As we are admiring we notice the plane started to dip a little lower. shortly after we realize that the plane is going to crash. But we all did not freak out. as the plane started to go lower and we started to recognize the surroundings we saw the water. Everyone breathed sighs of relief because they all thought we were going to land in water. the plane kept going over the water and we started to see the tropical trees instead. when we skipped the water landing every one said "awww!" ( as in aw man! we missed that water landing) we soon continued to glide through the trees and everyone breathed sighs of relief, but soon the trees were gone and the plane was still diving. so again when we passed the trees everyone said " awwww!" Then after the trees we saw concrete. Of course the plane landed nose first in the concrete asphalt. after we landed idk how but we all got out the plane and everyone was more or less okay. when we got out, which wasn't a strenuous task, we seemed to just walk right out no scratches. we ended up on like a boardwalk/pier. all the other girls seemedto group and couple up and occupy different parts of the boardwalk. We were waitinig for the media and search and rescue and whatever so that we could get home to NYC. most of the other girls began to take out their blackberrys, and iphones, and PDA's smartphones so that they can twitter, and facebook, and myspace that they were just in a plane crash. I began to take out my ipod touch so that I could go on facebook and post ( i remember this word for word) *Megan Johnson: 's Plane just crashed in brazil, im ok though ; ) but I didn't receive any wireless. So I continued to just wait for the media. Even though the faces were blurred, I highly doubt that I knew anyone on the plane. there were blondes, white girls spanish girls black asian very diverse. I was having a conversation with my grandpa (The details are irrelevant) but he brought up his cousin, who murdered several people and went to prison, where he later died of a heart attack. He said that our family doesn't talk about it and he won't give me the guys last name, only his first name John and his last initial, A. He also went to Illinois State Prison. So I've been on their website and they have HUNDREDS of John A's when I typed the name into the inmate search thing. I have a youtube channel that I want to make some videos for. Currently I am using Windows Live Movie Maker, but it is too basic and doesn't allow for more advanced editing of my videos. I have never edited videos before yesterday, but it seems fairly easy and I am pretty good at learning new things. I am just looking for some suggestions on some better video editing software. I have searched google, but too many things came up. It can be free or something that cost money, but I just want to know what people like to use.I was thinking of getting a mac, but I don't think purchasing one at this time is a good idea. If I were ever to get a ton of subs on YT, then I would purchase one. Until then, I will stick to PC for that. more

Okay, first off... I know this is a repeat, and I'll delete it later because I don't like repeat questions, but I just didn't get the right answers I was looking for. More feedback so I know what I need to improve on!! Now let the questions BEGIN. My character's name is Darcy Rose Chernobog (I named my account after her because I didn't feel comfortable giving out my real name). It means "dark (Darcy) flower/rose (Rose) of Hell (Chernobog). She becomes a twelve year old serial killer (I know it's weird). Do you think this name is appropriate? Does it sound good? Could you read a story about a twelve year old girl who goes out and kills people? It's not like a slasher film as it focuses a lot on Darcy's internal battles between the part of her that is good and the part of her that is evil, as well as a few hunts for the killer and detective work thrown in, too. If I were to spell something out with the first letter of each chapter, do you think anyone would ever catch it? Hey everyone, Don't think me as the sort of person that would normally stereotype people but two days ago some uniformed police officers walked past and i oinked at them "Everyone calls them pigs around me if you didn't know". Now they pulled the 3 off aside and took us into a alleyway. The male police officer took me aside and started shouting at me, Telling me i was pathetic, and just generally insulting me. After that he told me i would pay a £80 fine and he was going to ring my parents. Now after talking to the female officer he told us that he was going to search all 3 of us for suspicion of drugs. He got on spoke to some people on his walkie talkie before walking back up to me to give me some more abuse. He told me that because i had called him a pig that whenever he see's me in town he will stop and search me. He literally said " Your big mouth is going to have me looking for you and every time i see you im going to give you a hard time". After this some other officers turned up and searched all of us. taking our coats, hoody's, jackets and bags for at least 30minutes ( It was freezing cold and i saw no reason to keep our stuff for such a long time ). Once they had gave us another telling off and writing us pink slips which all said "Attitude shown towards uniformed officer" they gave us our clothes back and let us go without a fine and without a phone call home. Now im wondering when his "Stop and searches" turn into harassment. After this treatment im expecting more once they see me and town again and i would like to know if what they done was completely legal? What are the laws on calling officers names, or making comments about them? It just seems the Police in the Uk are almost becoming "Godly" and cant be touched, whatever they do. I want to know where I'm supposed to mail my taxes, both state and federal, so that I can get my tax returns. I live in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and my zip code is 22405. I already looked into the whole E-filing thing, and a couple of people at my bank made it sound really easy last time I was there, but I was just trying to do it and it seems more complicated than it's worth to me. At this point, I'd rather just mail them in regularly like I've done before. Also, I need to file my taxes for both this year and 2008. I don't owe any money and am only supposed to get money back, so it's not that big of a deal that I'm so late on my previous taxes. Obviously I meant to have already done it for 2008, but from one day to the next, I just never got around to it. Oh, and the last thing I should mention is that I do make low enough to be able to do a 1040 EZ form. I already have my tax papers from work for 2008 and 2009, and I have the tax papers to fill out and the 1040 EZ form for 2008 because my brother-in-law printed them out at his house when I was there one time, but I don't know what site he got them from, and I still need all those papers for 2009 now. I need to know where to get all the other tax papers I need for 2009 and where to mail them all for both 2008 and 2009. I already searched around on Google, but I decided to just ask on here so I can hopefully avoid having to try to sift through all the many sites that want me to pay in order to get my tax returns. I just really want to get my state and federal tax returns for both years, free of charge like it should be, so if anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it. Resolved Question: how do you calculate vitamin c intake?

i have been asked to calculate the daily amount of vitamin c needed for two people. i have been given their weights, but not any formulae to work them out. i have tried searching for a way to calculate what the intake would be, but all i can find is rough guidelines, and i need specific amounts for these two examples. if someone could provide me with the equation to work it out (in mg per kg), i would be grateful thank you in advance. more

My head aches, I feel sick, I can't breath comfortably, there is so much pain inside. Yesterday I got my statement of result of the last English exam for foreigners I took (Advanced from the University of Cambridge) and I passed, although I thought I wouldn't (my mark was 67/100). Nevertheless, that didn't make me happier. It feels as if I had failed. In the "Writing" paper I got a very very low mark (lower than 50). At least I took an Excellent in Speaking to make up for it. In general, I try to cry (when I'm alone) so that I feel some relief afterwards, so that I take a bit of that pain out, but I haven't lately. I feel about to very often and for a long while, but that pain remains. It may change its aspect, but it's still there. I know pretty well the reason: my life consists of very little. In general I barely speak and that has been increased since someone (my "cyberbf") turned out to be a lier and a cheater. I am certain he loved me and I had feelings for him. Still, he wouldn't split with his gf. He used to provoke enthusiasm and warmth in me during those months in which we were "...". He was such a peaceful and tender guy that I thought he was a good person too. When chatting, or when he sent me SMS, it usually felt as if he was hugging me and kissing me softly and I gave that back. Coward and selfish he is. He is still in my mind, although it's been a month since we contacted for the last time, and there's nothing to be done in regard to this. I'm feeling numb now. I started taking dance lessons, and that is helping to "enjoy" improvement and to give movement to my life. Y'know, I could be satisfied with some aspects of me, being aware that it isn't necessary that people know or understand them, but still... there is a black hole consuming my inside and it's only me the one who can fix it. Only me. And I can't get control over myself. Almost every day I check his FB (which he made public) whereas he doesn't know any account of me in Internet. He will forget me much sooner than I will and that's not fair. That's why yesterday I put my full name on one (so that if he googles me, he'll find me). I don't want to remember any more, but past is the only thing I "want" to think about. I study, I read, I try to produce some phrases, I search to learn more from the the computer's programs, I go trekking, I practice some steps of that dance, but my mind isn't interested in that. I'm longing for a message or sth from someone who loves me, who really knows me and who I like, but in the same time I want to stand up on my own and be happy because of my personal achievements. Resolved Question: First Time Ever Arrested Last Night?

To begin I reside in the State of Alabama, male, 32 years of age, and have never been arrested or had ANY run-ins with law enforcement excluding 2 minor speeding traffic citations in my entire life. To make a long story short the Gulf Coast Region of where I reside has been celebrating Mardi Gras for the past 2 weeks. Needless to say I had to go down-town yesterday evening to purchase a "Spa Package" for my wife for Valetine's Day. Well as a result of the many parades and "parade go-ers" parking is virtually impossible to find, and just like many people who came out to attend the parades I parked my vehicle on "private property" (a closed U-Haul facility) just like many fellow parade go-ers whom even park on sidewalks, medians, etc....(all of common practice and ususally acceptance during this time of the year by the city). Well after purchasing the spa package,I come back find my vehicle towed. I was inside the building for roughly35 minutes and severl people's vehicles had been towed by a contracted towing service which had 4-5 trucks working the area. I understand that I was on private property and accept full responsibility of this, and was upset because there was no signs posted or the area roped off (as commonly done by some businesses i they do not want people to park their, but not madatory). Well the owner of the towing company and I got into a heated argument and the police were called by one of his employees. Several people who had their vehicle towed were there arguing as well with the Tow Truck Company. Basicly after hearing both sidesthe police informed us that we were either gonna have to pay or leave the premisis. I'm explaining to the officer that my phone is in my vehicle, and this isn't right (wrong on my part), and he basicly told me that I could either pay, walk, or go to jail and If I said another word I'd go to jail. So I'm just standing there looking at the arresting officer in his eyes not saying a word, and he responds to me that, "you're looking at me like you wanna do something to me.....you can't play eye games with me, etc..." and later replies, "so you don't have nothing to say?"....and I responded "no" because you said If I said anything else I was going to jail...."and I was like man this is messed up". Needless to say, he responds "I don't have time for this" and tells me to put my hands behind my back...and I respond, "this isn't right" and he slams me on the hood of the car practically and other officers begin to search my pockets, etc....and they throw me into the back of the squad car. Nevertheless, I was arrested and charged with Dis-orderly conduct and Failure to Obey. I was taken to jail, booked, and later released on $750 Bail. My question is as a first time offender of anything, what is the most likely out-come? I cant really afford an attorney, but I know that under the law one should be appointed to me.
